Sunset Villas are independently owned vacation rentals. Rentals must comply with City requirements for minimum 7 night stays. Each unit is two bedroom and one bath with fully appointed kitchens and comfortable furnishings with shared access to the community pool.
Sunset Villas is located on Avenue E just south of the shopping area near Manatee Avenue and Gulf Drive. Sunset Villas is just steps from great food, shopping, grocery and the island's free trolley service stop.
